Perserverence is Key To Success
So many times I run across people who are trying to make it in the online industry. Unfortunately, the percentage of people who make it in this industry is quite low. I feel the main reason is that people tend to sabatoge themselves. You may ask how so.... In reality it is quite simple. At first sign of difficulty or lack of income they quit. I don't understand why. Most traditional businesses take quite some time to get to the break even point, so why would the online industry be any different.
Fortunately, I have had great mentors in my life who have taught me this valuable lessons. I, in turn, pass on this information and more importantly, my ongoing support to my team members.
I look at someone's direct sponsor as that person's mentor. I expect a mentor to give the new business partner a plan of action, and then not only help the implementation but be there as a "cheerleader" so to speak. Sometimes people simply need somone to say "good job" in order to continue.

Video Traffic Is Amazing
Well, I haven't posted to this blog in a while, but it's not for being lazy. My Webcamera has been smoking! With over 40 videos created and published on the internet, Genewize and Global Resorts Network are simply jumping. The video technology is simply amazing. It creates an environment that allows for massive distribution of your video messages. This really takes marketing to a level not previously possible.
I will give you some links of various different videos I have produced as in most cases they are tutorials that will assist you in your online marketing. In any business a strategy must be in place in order to succeed. But for some reason those who start online marketing don't seem to think so. Online marketing seems so easy. You wake up in the morning, turn on your computer and start making money. Right? Not so fast. Perhaps the next offer builds on your original product to continue the education and growth process. Each time this entrepreneur purchases from you, a trust begins to form. They know that you offer things of value which will help them become more likely to seriously consider future offers.
A network marketing opportunity that focuses on an exceptional product in a large and growing niche would then make sense at that time. The strategy here would be something that would generate residual income so the new network marketer is getting checks month after month.
Along the way, this marketer will learn through you, how to brand himself. Buying leads is not a great way to build your online business. By branding yourself you will have many leads coming to you rather than the other way around.
Lastly, as this relationship grows, a bigger ticket network marketing business can be offered. One in which big time money can be made. The better your relationship, the more likely the marketer will join you in bigger and bigger ventures.

Global has increased its commission on the first qualifying sale. In the past the first qualifying sale as a business rep was paid totally to one's upline. Now, your first sale will result in a $500 commission. Your immediate upline and their sponsor will get $250 each.
